- Be cautious especially when climbing stairs or walking on uneven ground.
- Drink prune juice every day, plenty of water and consume foods rich in fiber to tackle constipation!
For the mother:
- As you gain weight and volume, your movements become slower and more awkward, and you may notice that objects fall from your hands and you do not have good command over your walking.
For the baby:
- The fetus has stabilized the daily rhythms of sleep and wakefulness.
- The cerebral cortex of the fetus has matured enough to support consciousness, which is why the fetus is able to feel and remember.
- The scalp of the embryo thickens and strengthens, while the fluff that covers the rest of the body disappears.
- The shape of his/her face is now rounder.
- The perception of the fetus has intensified.
- The embryo has the ability to feel the uterus massaging him/her.
- The nails at the embryo’s extremities grow.
- The fetus’s skeleton grows stronger and stronger.
- The size of the fetus (head-tail distance) now reaches 28cm, while it weighs 1.590 grams.
