On 31/10/2007 the company was sub-subsidiaries of the ‘HYGEIA SA’, a company already listed in the Athens Stock Exchange market (ASE). Therefore, according to the Law statutory financial statements should be prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). The transition date was obligatory set on 31/12/2005.

The Company adheres to all International Accounting Standards (IAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and their interpretations as applied to business. The relevant accounting policies have been applied consistently to all periods presented.
