  • Treat the symptom of fatigue that you feel, probably due to lack of iron – with iron rich foods such as meat, beans, spinach.
  • Schedule and organize your preferred way of childbirth.

For the mother:

  • As you familiarize yourself with your baby’s hours of action and sleep, you gradually realize that the relationship between the two of you is becoming closer and tender. You will protect your tummy in every way!
  • Your body is now starting to feel the effect of the enormous pressure that exists and you may feel some of the typical symptoms of the latter stages of pregnancy.

For the baby:

  • The lungs of the fetus are now able to get air, but the respiratory activity is occasional.
  • The space inside the uterus shrinks due to the increased weight and volume of the fetus.
  • Despite the darkness of the womb, the fetus has the ability to periodically open his eyes.
  • The embryo develops the scalp of the head, especially from the back side.
  • The umbilical cord is very strong and withstands the pressure, tension and tightness which the fetus often exercises.
  • The fetus now weighs about one third of the expected weight at delivery.
  • The size of the fetus (head-tail distance) now reaches 25cm and weighs 1100 grams approximately.
